Assistant Manager Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit

Tanggung Jawab:
  • Membantu Manager HR dalam pelaksanaan administrasi dan proses pembayaran remunerasi & benefit pegawai PT. BNI Life Insurance dan memastikan bahwa seluruh proses tersebut berjalan benar dan tepat waktu.
A. Payroll
  • Melakukan pencatatan data pegawai yang berkaitan dengan:
    • Pembayaran gaji
    • Tunjangan Pegawai
    • Pinjaman Pegawai
    • Perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan (PPH) pegawai , SPT.
    • Pemotongan dan pembayaran premi Jamsostek , premi Asuransi dan Pensiun.
    • Pembayaran Premi Asuransi Kesehatan Pegawai.
    • Pemotongan Premi Asuransi /Jamsostek/Pensiun yang dibebankan kepada pegawai maupun yang menjadi beban Perusahan.

  • Mengontrol rekap cuti pegawai PT. BNI Life Insurance
  • Melakukan pengecekan terhadap input data kehadiran
C. Administrasi
  • Mengontrol update data pegawai PT. BNI Life Insurance jika terjadi penambahan pegawai, pegawai keluar, mutasi & promosi baik pada sistem maupun format reporting lainnya.
  • Melakukan Pengecekan biaya perjalanan dinas Pegawai PT. BNI Life Insurance.
  • Melakukan pengecekan terhadap pembuatan Surat Penerimaan Pegawai, Kontrak Kerja, Surat Rotasi, Surat Promosi, Pengangkatan Pegawai.
  • Mengontrol segala administrasi yang berhubungan dengan pegawai, seperti form kehadiran, form cuti, menyiapkan slip gaji, ongkos perjalanan dinas, dll.
D. Reporting
  • Melakukan pengecekan terhadap rekap data kepegawaian meliputi : Manpower Planning, Turn Over Pegawai, Lembur Pegawai, dll.
  • Melakukan pengecekan terhadap laporan data rekonsiliasi ekses klaim, piutang pegawai, realisasi anggaran HR dengan GL.

  4. Jurusan Teknik Elektro : memiliki pengetahuan mengenai elektro arus kuat dan arus lemah serta instrumentasi.
